Terms of Service / Public Offer

1. Definitions

"Provider" means Individual entrepreneur Merinov Evgeny Alekseevich (INN 366231857760, OGRNIP 318366800109402). "Customer" means the individual or entity using the Service. "Site" means a website built and/or hosted via the Service. "Service" means the BloomCode software, Telegram bot @bloomcode_bot, and hosting. "Plan" means the subscription tier selected by the Customer.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Provider grants the Customer a non-exclusive right to use the Service to create, publish, and edit a Site, on the conditions set out in this offer.

3. Conclusion of the agreement

This agreement is concluded by acceptance of this public offer. Acceptance occurs when the Customer makes the first payment for the Service.

4. Pricing & payment

One-time launch fee: 4 900 ₽. Hosting & edits subscription: 990 ₽/mo (5 edits included). Pro plan: 4 900 ₽/mo (20 edits, hosting, publication). Pro Max plan: 9 900 ₽/mo (50 edits, hosting, publication). Prices are in Russian roubles. The Provider applies the simplified taxation system and is not a VAT payer.

5. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Provider undertakes to operate the Service with reasonable skill and care. The Customer undertakes to provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws, and not use the Service for unlawful purposes.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

7. Refunds

No refund is issued after the Site has been published. A full refund is available within 14 days for an unused subscription if no edits have been requested. Refund requests are sent to hello@bloomcode.net.

8. Term and termination

This agreement remains in force for as long as the Customer uses the Service. Either party may terminate this agreement by written notice. The Customer may cancel a subscription at any time via the Telegram bot.
